We would be willing to return and exchange you within 7 days for all uninstalled, worn or tampered sets under any circumstances. We guarantee that our products are made from 100% natural human hair and we would take all responsibility if you find any artificial hair or plastic hair in our products. We will do our best to find the best matches that meet your requirements. You can completely check your order and determine whether the colour is suitable or not through the support of the sales staff.
However, if for some reasons you want to return or exchange goods, here are some things you may need to know about Hairac’s Return policy:
Return and exchange requests are accepted only by following our requirements as follows:
- Hair may NOT be installed, dyed, cut or altered under any circumstances;
- Hair MUST be kept in a bun and must NOT be untied at the top;
- Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
- Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original receipt.
We will not accept returns or exchanges from you that do not comply with such requirements.
Guarantee Policy

If any hair bundles you receive have problems related to manufacturing issues, you will be protected by this guarantee:
- Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us with a photo or a video showing the problem and request a solution
- We will review your complaint and provide a solution.
- In order for us to determine whether the product you purchased can be replaced, your order must be returned to our office.
- All costs for the removal of your items and shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made hair products.
